TWO PEAS IN A POD

Lately my two monkeys are getting to be closer and closer.. Braxton cant wait for Hayden to get home everyday and when she does, the first thing she does is pick him up and say, "hey man".. They eat together, play together, bathe together and stay in TROUBLE together.. Im glad they are far enough apart so that they dont fight so much.. They definitely have their moments, but most of the time they are best buddies.. So precious..

MY SWEET VALENTINE

Hayden was my valentine this year, she looked precious for school on Friday.. They had a Valentine's party and everyone gave out their cards.. She had so much fun filling out each valentine the night before.. I took atleast 50 pictures that morning, she was ready to throw my camera out the door.. =)

SWEET BABY BLUES

I was able to get a few pictures of Braxton outside a few days ago.. For some reason the cloudy day made his eyes seem so blue.. He is getting harder and harder to photograph because he hates to be still.. If you tell him a puppy is coming to get him, he will look at you everytime.. LOL, its a little mean, but it works!! =)

Competition in Childersburg

Last Saturday Hayden had another gymnastics competition, our gym, Balance, was the host.. This was only her second competition this season, next month we'll be heading back to TN for the third and final competition, and then comes District, State and Nationals... She moved up a level since her last competition so she had to learn a whole new routine.. She did really well.. She placed 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th which was really surprising because there were more then 100 girls there.. I now know how much work it is to own a gym, all of the parents had to volunteer to work at the meet and help move equipment from the gym to the rec center.. The Saturday of the meet Chase and I both worked from 8am to 9pm.. YUCK! I'm glad its over.. Here are some pics of miss prissy..

Fun at the bowling alley..

Last week a few of us and our kids went to the bowling alley for kind of a "mom and kids day out".. The kids had so much fun and I must say they were much better then the grown-ups (they had bumpers, little cheaters!) =)... Personally I was the worst one.. I think Lindsay ended up winning both times.. Cade had the best bowling moves Ive ever seen so I had to put a picture of him up, he was too funny! After bowling we went and ate Mexican and it was overall a really good day!!!

Santa came!!

The kids didn't get up too early on Christmas morning, they would have slept late if I wouldn't have woken them up.. I just couldn't wait any longer! I love to see the excitement in their faces.. Hayden got what she wanted and all Braxton cared about was his Power-Wheels four wheeler..

After Santa came

Hayden's Christmas from everyone-

Braxton's Christmas from everyone-

Christmas at Nana's!!

Christmas at Nana's is always the best!! The kids always get EXACTLY what they want and the food is always the BOMB! Thank goodness for a mother-in-law that can cook..!!! We had a really good time eating, drinking cider ( i tried to get her to spike it) and opening presents.. I got to take my mom and brother along this year which was so great to me.. Debra always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is included and for that I am truly thankful.. I was blessed with a good mother-in-law and I know it! =) You have to look closely at the picture of Hayden opening her Icee maker and syrup, her face is priceless..
